NOTICE: We’re doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community. WCFB tours have been temporarily suspended. We encourage you to explore our website and social media to learn more about hunger and opportunities to help.

***

One great way to learn about hunger and opportunities to help is by coming for a tour.

On a tour of WCFB, you’ll learn more about hunger in Worcester County. You’ll hear about WCFB’s role in creating a hunger-free community. You’ll get a “behind the scenes” look at what happens at a food bank. You’ll discover lots of opportunities to make a difference.

The Basics

  • Registration is required – and tours are capped at 15 attendees. (As a step to prevent the spread of COVID-19, registration for tours has been temporarily suspended. Read on to learn how tours usually work!)
  • Tours are scheduled at least once each month – either in the mid-afternoon or evening. See upcoming tour dates on the drop-down below.
  • Tours can last anywhere from 45-60 minutes.
  • Note that, for their safety, children are only permitted on 6 p.m. tours, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. We require a ratio of 1 adult to every 3 children in your group.
  • Some evening tours are labeled “child-friendly.” They’re specially catered to families and other groups with kids ages 12 and under.
  • After you register, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation with additional information to help you prepare for your tour.

If you’re unable to make one of our scheduled tours or if you have a group that exceeds our 15-person max, contact us. We may be able to make arrangements for you to visit another time.
